2 Months- I curled my hair last night using simple pink sponge rollers. I use one pack of pink and one of black. This was my second attempt at trying something different. I'm still uncomfortable about about my scalp. I haven't ordered the Soft Spikes yet. I'm sure it would be look better with the spikes and the curl would last longer with a setting lotion.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the comment. I really appreciate it. It simply amazes me how differently we view things. I think your hair is gorgeous. Now about the scalpiness - this is the way of 90% of us but it too will pass.

My hair strands are almost invisible and I discovered that I am thin on top. Aint nuthin I can do about it. But we do know, from our sisters that have gone on before us, that we too will have a glorious head of locs if we have the patience to walk the journey. Your locs are fantastic!
Thanks so much. I needed to hear that. I'm struggling with this patience thing. Some days I feel pretty and some days I wonder what did I do? This journey is teaching me so much in other areas of my life. I need to slow down!
